Rick Stannard

Rick has been the lead guitar player for a variety of rock bands from 1985 to the present. The bands he has played with featured styles that ranged from classic rock to straight-ahead blues to jazz fusion and he has appeared on stages throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Texas.

During the early 90’s, Rick established a relationship with Artreach, a non-profit organization committed to helping adults diagnosed with mental illnesses. He was the lead guitarist and soundman for the yearly Come Together Coffee House production for 14 years. He has also acted with, and been a stagehand, for the annual Second Step Player’s show at the Eugene O’neil Theater.

Rick has done live sound for a number of bands, and has also manned the board for Comedy On Demand, an improvisational comedy troupe. He has recorded and produced two albums of original music as a member of the rock band DeeBolay.
Rick brings a great set of ears and imaginative input to his engineering skills at Riverway Studio.
